TOS Travel Refund Policy

Our refund policy applies to MOST out-of-state and international trips organized and administered by TOS. Any trip arranged through a private travel agency will have refund policies specific to that agency. Trip refund policy may be dictated by elements such as vendor requirements and thus differ from that stated below. If this is the case, it will be advertised in the trip description.

• Any deposit made to hold your place on a TOS trip is refundable, minus a $350 administrative fee, up to 15 days before TOS makes its initial payment to vendors (dates vary by trip).
• Beginning the 14th day before our initial payment to vendors, YOUR deposit is non-refundable.
• Once we make our final payment to vendors, which will be approximately 14 days after the due date of the final payment by participants to TOS, there will be no refunds of any portion of the trip fee. The date of the final payment will be advertised in the trip description on our website.
